PRICES

Prices quoted are for services outlined in the itineraries.

 

TRANSPORT

Transportation, transfers, excursions and tours shall be by our safari vehicles which includes: 4×4 wheel drives, customized 4*4 vehicles fitted with ramps, open roof safari vans, mini saloon vehicles.

BOOKINGS

Upon confirmation of a booking,  a deposit of 30% is required for securing the slot, and to enable us plan accordingly. The rest will be paid before the commencement of a safari.

PAYMENTS

All safaris must be fully paid for before commencement of the safari.

SAFARI ORIENTATION

Most of our safaris are private safaris, and thus vehicles and facilities will be shared only amongst those particular parties. However, clients will be meet other travelers from different ethnicity, background, race at different intervals: accommodation and parks, we therefore encourage each and everyone to embrace diversity and embrace different cultures, while respecting others.

CHANGES IN ITINERARIES/TRAVEL PLANS

The sequence of itinerary is normally adhered to, but the company reserves the right to make alterations occasioned by weather, ongoing  road works, high season congestions or any other unforeseen circumstances.  Any alterations by the clients to the agreed itineraries should be done in the office.

The company shall not be held liable for any complains arising due to changes made between the client and the safari guide/drive out of the office.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case a booking is cancelled the following cancellation fee shall apply

No show           100%

1-15 days         80%

15-30 days       50%

Above 30 days 25%

LIABILITY

The company liability to passengers carried in vehicles for transfers, excursions and tours is governed by the laws of Kenya and all claims are subject to the courts of Kenya. Whilst every care is taken, and an insurance cover offered by us while on safari, the company shall not be held liable for loss or damage to personal property and clients are advised to arrange relevant insurance. If a client falls sick while on safari, we will ensure they are transported to the hospital, but the medical expenses will be covered by them(client). We always advise our clients to notify us of any existing conditions, allergies, and any medical history they might feel relevant.

The company has a safe deposit and clients are advised to deposit their valuables so that they do not suffer any loses.

SUB CONTRACT

The company reserves the right to sub contract any part or the full safari, and in the event of such subcontract all the above terms shall apply.
